With a bold print and a cinched waist, Mini Dress Carol features front and back necklines that are symmetrical and detailed with a smocked band. A drawstring at the top of the back holds the shoulders in place. The shoulder ruffles are embellished with picot dots running along the band and the skirt includes multiple ruffles, two of which are asymmetrical.
