Shipping

International orders are generally delivered within 5-7 working days pending availability, excluding weekends & public Holidays. Thus, please kindly note that delivery times may be extended during the Christmas holidays.

We provide free shipping for all purchase worldwide.

Yes you may pay taxes in addition to your cart price.

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes, General Delivery, Poste Restante. Please provide a correct address to avoid delays. Shipment to Russia requires Company (with legal entity) as a consignee, not individual.

At the moment we are unable to accommodate expedited shipping. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) please allow 3-5 working days for our shipping partner (DHL or UPS) to deliver the package to you.

If the tracking shows it was delivered but you can't find it, please:
- Verify your shipping address, you can locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account and check your order history.
- If the package was marked as “delivered” please kindly wait for 48 hours - sometimes orders may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery in your email.
- Check to see if someone else accepted the delivery like a neighbor or another household member.
- If you still cannot locate your package please reach out to the carrier.

As your order may ship internationally from different locations, there is a possibility of delays in the delivery process due to COVID-19 situation. Your orders can be delayed and delivered within 10-14 days.

Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is complete. To track your order go on the icon located at the top right of our website. Log in first. Then use your tracking number to follow up your status. You can also track your parcel with this link TRACK MY ORDER
You might follow up directly to our shipping partner’s website (DHL tracking or UPS tracking orders) to see the details and delivery status.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, contact our customer care service : contact us

We also suggest that you :

- Check the order status in the DHL or UPS tracking website with your tracking number. You can also track your order here.

- Check that there is no national holiday in your country which may have delay the delivery.

- Check that the address you indicated for the delivery is correct.

Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You will have to place another order. You can email us contact us in case you want both the orders to be shipped together.

The Pre-order option ensures you the availability of products that have a limited quantity amount. As it is an advanced purchase, you'll have to pay the item at the checkout. Please note that those items have a special time of shipping pending availability. From the availability date count 5-7 days for our shipping partners to deliver your parcel.

You'll get a discount code of 10% on your first order with the code WELCOME10. Add your articles to the basket, go to the checkout, you can enter your discount on the right-sided box and then click apply.

Not all orders are available to cancel, but we will do our best to help you. Please contact us so
that we check your order.

Please check your shipping confirmation email(s) and verify that all items were shipped in one package, as items from orders may ship from multiple locations. After confirming the number of shipments you should receive, please contact our Customer Care Team if you are still missing an item so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

If your order has not shipped yet and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible so that we can change the shipping address before it's shipped out. Once an order is shipped and the tracking is available, we do not have the capability to change the shipping address. You can contact the carrier directly to see if the change can be made.

You have up to 3 hours from when you placed your order to contact us. Not all items are available to change, but we will try our best to help you. Once an order is processed, we do not have the capability to make any changes.

Some orders are subject to a fulfillment delay due to COVID-19 situation. We are actively working to decrease our processing time, and we thank you for your patience. As soon as we have carefully prepared and packed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number which allows you to monitor the delivery status at TRACK MY ORDER.

All orders are subject to a review process for security. During peak time, the review process may extend past our goal of 48 hours. Orders shipping from some locations may also take longer to ship. Once your order is shipped, please be advised that standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Our Online Store gladly accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Inside your cardboard you'll find a QR code which you can scan with your phone camera. 

PS : Please return the item(s) in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tag and free of any alterations).

⚠ To be noted : We do not accept returns on sale items. The only returns accepted will be faulty items.If you are based in the USA, the return is free. If you are not based in the USA, the return shipping will be at your own expense.
For in-store purchase, Returns can only be processed at the original store of purchase and proof of purchase must be presented including items that were gifted. No refunds are allowed. A store credit will be issued for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please kindly note that store credit expires after 1 year from the date of purchase.

At this time, we do not offer any exchange. Please request a refund and place a new order returns center

All return requests can be submitted at RETURNS CENTER. (Return guidelines are also available in your card board via a QR code).

To follow up your return, please contact us. Make sure you have your order number and the name of the item(s) returned.  

As soon as we have received your items, your refund will be processed in 5 working days maximum. You will be notified via email once the process is done. 

⚠ To be noted : Sales products cannot be returned. If you are based in the USA, the return is free. If you are not based in the USA, the return shipping will be at your own expense.

At this time, returns or exchanges from online purchases are unable to be made in retail stores. Online purchases must be returned to the online store by visiting returns center.

We cannot process returns on items purchased from other retailers or third-party websites. If you have purchased a Poupette St Barth product through a retailer or third-party website, it is the retailer's responsibility to handle the exchange or return.

All sales products cannot be returned. The only returns accepted will be faulty items.

Do not share your password to anyone and log out when you don’t use your personal devices.

We take your data protection really seriously. Your data will only be shared with third parties where they abide by legislation for data protection.

PRODUCTS

Our garments are crafted and created by hand in our ateliers. Like the Haute Couture do, only one "couturière" composes & sews the piece giving it a unique finish. Our patterns are hand designed. Our garments are draped and adjusted on our ateliers models ensuring the perfect "Poupette" fit.

Our garments are made of pure silk, eco-responsible viscose, hypoallergenic cotton, light linen and shiny lurex. They require special attention as details are handmade but everything is machine washing with a hand or cold program! Poupette St Barth clothes are easy to care for & easy to live with.

The Sasha mini dress is Poupette St Barth's icon of all time! True emblem of the brand, it features an A-line with butterfly sleeves, bright fringes, a pleated fabric and a gallon edge through the hem. This signature dress is a must-have to start with!

Poupette St Barth is a brand using ancestral techniques of printing and hand-dying. Each product is handmade, unique and specially made for you, this is why our prints can look slightly different from our website.

Our products are designed by our studio in Bali, where traditional techniques such as screen printing are the best. Producing elsewhere wouldn't be possible because some of the techniques such as dying relies on special weather that happens only in Bali.

Our one and only guide is the sun, Poupette St Barth collections are vibrant & colorful, representative of the sun and embraces "the joy of being alive". Each year around 100 new pieces enrich our colour palette that make our products unique. Prints are crafted & developed thanks to the screen printing technique, particular to Bali culture, one screen for one color. Screens are overlapped to obtain the ideal pattern. Four main patterns reveal La maison's DNA, the floral, the conversional, the batik and the geometric. Designs are original as they mix the macro & micro creating relief & depth.

We value the finishes. Each garment is adorned with details such as: tassels signature, pompom tapes, embroidery, fringes, bows, frayed edge, ruffles, laser cut / smocked / pleated fabric and handmade trimmings.
