Della modern look from our Resort 21 collection has been adapted into a mini dress version. It features a narrowing ruffles cascade along the bodice framed by short butterfly sleeves. Below a large waist with a bow, the mini skirt is fitted and flares out into several layers. Makes it the perfect dress for a day out in town or a night out near the beach!
